5:1 Cal-Mag (Powder) pH-Up
Fast-Acting Grade: Finely ground for quick pH adjustment and rapid Calcium and Magnesium availability. Ideal for pots, raised beds, soil blending, and fast corrections.
A finely ground blend of dolomite and limestone, formulated at an ideal 5:1 ratio. Designed to correct Calcium and Magnesium deficiencies while raising low soil pH, this product supports improved root development, nutrient uptake, and overall plant health.
The fine particle size increases surface area for faster soil reactivity, allowing for more immediate pH adjustment and quicker availability of Calcium and Magnesium. It also helps unlock nutrients already present in the soil, improving uptake efficiency and supporting more consistent plant performance.
By optimizing soil pH, this product helps create a more stable root zone environment, supporting microbial activity and overall soil function. In larger growing systems, proper pH management can also improve fertilizer efficiency and reduce input waste.
APPLICATION:
Garden Beds, Raised Beds & Lawns: Apply 400–600 g per 10 m² (1–1.5 lbs per 100 ft²). For ongoing pH maintenance, test soil and reapply as needed seasonally.
Pots, Containers & Soil Blends: Apply 5 mL per gallon of soil volume when a slight pH increase is required. Mix thoroughly into the growing media for best results.
Greenhouse & Commercial Growing: Suitable for soil blending or targeted pH correction in larger growing systems. Apply based on soil test results and crop requirements.
Adjusting Soil pH: Most plants prefer a soil pH between 6.0 and 7.0. For best results, perform a complete soil analysis or use a home soil pH test kit prior to application.
