Shipping policy

We offer two main product categories: Grow Supplies and Biological Pest Controls, which ship from different locations and follow separate fulfillment timelines and handling methods.

Due to how Shopify calculates shipping, orders containing products from both categories will display a blended shipping rate, based on the two lowest-cost options. This may limit your ability to choose express shipping methods like Xpresspost or Priority Shipping.

For the best rates and full access to available shipping options, we recommend placing Grow Supplies and Pest Control orders separately.

Gardening Supplies – Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Ships From: Chilliwack, BC
  • Fulfillment Days: Monday through Friday
  • Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated in real-time at checkout based on your location and carrier selection

Estimated Transit Times (from the date your order is fulfilled):

  • Expedited Parcel: 2–8 business days
  • Xpresspost: 2–4 business days
  • UPS Ground: 1–6 business days
  • UPS Express: 1–2 business days
  • Purolator Ground: 1–6 business days
  • Purolator Express: 1–2 business days
  • FedEx Ground: 1–6 business days

Fulfillment typically takes 1–2 business days, but may take longer during peak seasons. For urgent or time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting an express shipping method and contacting us in advance.

If there is ever a discrepancy between the shipping rate charged and the actual shipping cost, and the actual cost is lower, we will refund the difference.

Biological Pest Controls – Fulfillment & Shipping

Biological Pest Control products contain living organisms and require careful handling. Orders are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs using Purolator Air or Ground to ensure fast, temperature-controlled delivery.

  • Order Deadline: Wednesday at 12:00 PM PST
  • Ship Day: The following Tuesday
  • Delivery Guarantee: Delivered by end of day Saturday

❗ Orders cannot be changed or canceled after the Wednesday cutoff.
❗ We do not ship or deliver Pest Control products on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship Biological Pest Controls to:

  • Yukon
  • Northwest Territories
  • Nunavut

Newfoundland & Labrador Customers

A Wildlife Permit is required to receive biological insect shipments.

  • Orders under $250 CAD: $30 Flat Rate
  • Orders over $250 CAD: Free Shipping

SK, MB, NB, NS, PE, NL

  • Orders under $250 CAD: $45 Flat Rate
  • Orders over $250 CAD: Free Shipping

Local Pickup – Chilliwack, BC

We offer free local pickup for all product categories from our facility in Chilliwack, BC. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

  • Gardening Supplies: Typically ready within 1–2 business days.

  • Pest Control Products: Orders placed before Wednesday at 12:00 PM PST are generally ready for pickup the following Wednesday.

    Due to the perishable nature of these products, we recommend picking up your order promptly once notified.
